Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy
Exchanges and Credit Notes
We are pleased to assist you if you wish to exchange an item or receive a credit note. To process your request, please ensure you present your proof of purchase, such as your receipt or any other valid documentation. Remember to keep this proof safe, as it is required when you come to us for an exchange or credit note.
Refunds
If there is an issue with your item and our Goldsmith is unable to repair it, we offer refunds. Should you believe your item is faulty and beyond repair, please contact us. We will assess the issue and, if appropriate, arrange your refund.
Extended Holiday Returns
As our store closes for the Christmas and New Year period, we provide additional time for returns during the festive season. You will have up to 28 days after 25th December to return items. This extension ensures you have ample time to arrange exchanges or inform us of any issues that arise over the holidays.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain products cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty. These exceptions include:
- Earrings and other pierced jewellery
- Personalised jewellery or custom orders
Your Legal Rights
